markers get stuck

I have already exported all the more than a thousand bookmarks from firefox and when I transfer the opera bookmarks in the folders, which are 3 in the imported folders section of firefox, each of them has the bookmarks and I want to transfer them from that folder to the opera but It gets stuck I get unknown error hard crash report and in case the notebook seems to turn off my PC is Windows 10 64 bit Acer
