[Duplicated]Crashing on startup

Whenever I open the browser, this message comes up and while the animation plays, it never opens. It pops up at the exact same time that the animation shows. I have tried uninstalling opera GX from my entire computer multiple times removing even the installer but this still keeps happening. It started when my power went out causing everything to close and i suspect it was undergoing a important process at the time but since I've deleted it and reinstalled it multiple times, I have no idea how to fix it.
