Add ability to snooze tabIs on demand

it would be cool if we could snooze tabs on demand in addition to slashing them, would be cool and would support the 'save processing' theme of gx.

You can open up a new tab, type opera://discards and press enter. Then, you can do an urgent discard on the tabs you want.
