[Suggestion] Floating sidebar

Hello everyone, especially the Opera staff.
I would like to share my suggestion regarding the sidebar - namely, I really dream of creating a widget/a separate program that would allow, so to speak, "hiding the main screen" and leaving only the sidebar.
This would be especially useful for people who have more than one monitor and would set this widget on the second one. Transparency, cleanliness, speed, coolness :D.
I don't know if you understand what I mean, but yeez..
What are your thoughts on this?
