Pop-Up dialog not showing at all.

Hey everyone.
I recently have switched to a custom Windows OS called AtlasOS which heavily changes how the OS behaves and removes all bloatwares and spywares from Windows 11. But since then whenever i use any browser, and try to get this kind of pop-up dialog (found an example on Google Images), it just refuses to show this at all. It's not like i've checked the box which automatically open the app as if i was pressing the "open (app)."

The problem does not come from AtlasOS as my friends does have it too but does not have the same problem. I once had that issue on Windows 11 Pro 22H2 version but it was fixed out of nowhere and so i am unable to fix it myself.

If anyone does know how to make it appear again, please let me know asap.
