Please add "Empty cache and hard reload feature"

I just made an account to opera forums for this feature. I don't understand why this isn't working by default. I chrome, if i open dev tools this works, in opera with dev tools enabled is not working.
In chrome I just need right click on reload icon + dev tools open.
