Can't install/update Opera GX

Hello everyone,
I did read all of topics related to Opera GX update or install failure here and on reddit. Tried all options that were mentioned, as in installing to another directory, deleting everything, registry included, related to Opera and then try installing again, use offline installer, use online installer. I should also mention, that Opera GX uninstaller also doesn't work, getting errors, so I had to uninstall Opera related manually, by hand. Nothing helped in this regard, but there was one thing that kiiiinda works, but I am not satisfied with this solution. I created new local windows account and installed Opera GX there, it definitely worked and update also works, but I don't like hopping between accounts, so I want to find an actual solution to this.
As I mentioned, Opera definitely works in other local Windows account, so I want to know what on my account could block Opera from installing. I tried checking Windows Defender messages, but nothing is written there about Opera.
