'Failed to load opera.dll because: the specified module could not be found' error message

I'm running Opera 26.0.1656.32 on an Advent netbook under XP SP3. On starting the machine I get the above error message, but on clicking on the Opera 26 desktop icon, the program runs normally. Irritating but not disastrous.
I have:
AVG 2015 Free, SpywareBlaster, Spybot 162, Open Office (latest edition)installed.

I have reinstalled Opera 26, but it makes not difference.

Any ideas for solving this irritating little problem would be gratefully received!

Try making a stand alone installation and see if the problem persists.
