Extension requires additional authorisations

For some time now, I have regularly received the message in the Opera browser:
"Upgrading the extension requires additional permissions. Open the extension manager to accept the upgrade."
Unfortunately, when I then switch to the extension manager, I cannot see which extension requires what additional authorisations. This becomes very annoying over time.
So what can I do?
The best thing would be if the message would at least tell me exactly which extension is meant.

I too have been getting this for at least a month now. I have cut the few extensions down to BitWarden and the Opera ad blocker and wallet both of which I prefer to have disabled. Setting them to enabled makes no difference. Similarly, setting the Zotero extension to disabled doesn't remove this relentless prompt. Would be nice to have this fixed!
