Low fps when tabbed out of opera

I have two monitors, and when I play games I sometimes like to watch a video. However, when I'm tabbed out (since I'm playing the game), the video fps goes down to like 5 fps, but when I tab back in it's perfectly smooth again. Does anyone know of a fix to this?
