Opera GX freezing computer

When I open Opera GX and go to a YouTube tab, it keeps freezing the browser itself. I try to close it either by using the browser's "X" button or using Task Manager which makes my whole computer freeze forcing me to restart the computer. This is a huge issue since the newest update, and it sucks as I have to use Edge now for the time being.
And before you ask, yes, I have run the antivirus multiple times and every time it has gave zero results.
