Be able to have sharpen effect on and off on certain websites automatically

I dont know if this would be possible or not, but I notice alot of the time that having the sharpen effect on things like netflix and prime video is great and looks really good, but on youtube videos or twitch etc it doesnt look as good. So I think it would be nice to have a setting where you can select certain websites or URLS etc to have it on or off without having to manually change it everytime.
