How to make autoscrolling slower

Hello,

Is there way to make autoscrolling (mouse middle-click and then scroll) slower in Opera? I went through the browser and mouse settings, and checked add-ins but couldn't find anything. Autoscrolling is slower with Firefox so I guess it's not about mouse settings. I'm using Opera 19.0 on Windows 7.

If you mean middle-click, then drag, all you have to do is not drag so far to scroll slowly, and drag further to scroll fast.
