[Duplicated] Doesn't play audio

Hello everyone, yesterday I rebuilt my PC and my desk. I only unplugged cables and didn't change anything else. Opera simply no longer gives me any sound. All other audio sources work without any problems. Spotify, Chrome, games, etc. Opera is also no longer displayed in the volume mixer. When installing Opera, there was a short sound (installation sound) and then nothing more. No matter if Youtube or Spotify or Twitch in the browser. Nowhere within Opera do I get a sound. I have already reinstalled three times (once with Revo Uninstaller) and unfortunately no improvement. i hope someone could help me!
