GX Servers isn't creating servers

After I purchased the standard gx server plan, i went to create a minecraft java server but after pressing create server, a red box comes up saying "SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<', " <!doctype "... is not valid JSON"

I've tried both versions of Java, the 8 and 18 and nothing works. I've also tried Bedrock edition, still nothing.
