Allow for more ways to cast Opera or tabs

Problem:

Opera allows you to cast video, tabs and the opera window to Chromecast devices, which is an awesome feature. However, the ways to start a cast is very limited:

• Video's can be casted from within the video player
• Opera and tabs can be casted by right-clicking the page

The second case also causes some issues. When using a page that overrides the right-click functionality, for example Miro, there is no way to cast Opera or the tab anymore.

Possible solutions:

1. Add the cast option to the menu that opens when you right-click the tab
2. Add a cast button next to the search bar where the "Privacy Protection", "Add to to bookmarks" and other icons are
3. Allow users to add a cast button to the sidebar

It would be nice to see this feature so I can use Opera to cast my browser during meetings instead of having to switch to Chrome.

@stitch10925 The button next to the searchbar already exists. You know when you right click to cast, a red cast button appears there? You can right click the button and select 'Always show icon'.

Expanding casting options for Opera or tabs would greatly enhance the browsing experience! Can't wait to see what new possibilities this brings.
