White screen when trying to open Opera GX

So my Opera GX crashed with a bunch of tabs. Whenever I try to open it, it tried to reload all of this and it only shows up as a white screen so I'm unable to close the tabs or even go to settings. I even uninstalled and reinstalled but apparently it tried to reload all of my tabs again and the whole white screen is back. Are there any ways I can force Opera to delete all my tabs and just open on the homepage without getting to close my tabs manually or having access to the browser settings? I'm thinking if there are any keybindings I can hit or any Windows settings I can do that makes Opera not open with all the tabs as it's clearly struggling?
