High latency to broadcaster on Twitch

Hello,
I have a problem with delay to broadcaster on Twitch. On Opera GX I get about 7-10 seconds and on Edge I get about 2-3 seconds. What could be the reason for this? I tried turning off extensions and hardware acceleration.
