Startup message 'do you want to allow Opera gathering information from other apps?'

Can't find the subject of this question in the forum posts. Can't imagine that I'm the first one to ask this, so my appologies for probably putting the question forward again.
When opening Opera One on my Mac, lately I get a message asking if I want to allow Opera to gather information from other apps. It's an annoying step to give a permission for this everytime I open Opera.
Is there a way to stop Opera asking me if I want to allow Opera gathering information from other apps?
