How can I delete a Google account from my previous Opera account?

I created a new Opera account because I lost access to my old one. However, my Google account is still linked to the old Opera account, and I am unable to sign in to remove the link. Additionally, I am unable to link my Google account to the new Opera account. I changed phones and lost both the backup codes and authenticator codes. Any suggestions for resolving this issue?
