Opera GX and Spotify app launch automatically after around a min or so.

The app startup for those two apps has been disabled in task manager but they're still opening somewhat around a min. I wonder why

I understand you have stated that they are disabled in startup, However I have two questions. First, is your device shared with anyone else? And second, How did you disable them in startup? There are a few ways to do it, but only one works directly.
