Old Opera versions allow the user to select text and drag it to fill forms on a separate tab; a feature that is available in other browsers.

Just switched over to Brave and all the issues I have with Opera is now solved.
- no splash screen
- no automatic wrong search results
- extensions sync, finally
- faster browsing
- dragging selected texts across different tabs is working
- less cluttered interface, few icons in toolbar
- extremely easy sync setup, no separate passphrase for sync
- settings page is easier to navigate, huge icons
Been using this browser for decades and I finally feel liberated leaving it.
