Locking Workspaces for productivity gains

Curious to see if it's possible to lock (ever-green or time-based lock) workspaces in order to prevent distractions and increase productivity?
For example, I have one workspace dedicated for entertainment, but sometimes mindlessly go into it and lose concentration. If I'm able to proactively lock my own workspaces and even social media tabs (twitter/messenger etc), then it will force me to be productive.
Example:
Something like a pop-up appearing if I were to try and unlock it stating "You locked this workspace so you can focus!" or "Get your a** back to work!"Anyways, thought this would be a cool feature.
Thanks for considering
