Web page icons do not load

I installed my Opera GX 3 days ago, I missed the game promotions within reach of my mouse and the style, but I've been seeing for 3 days that icons from several sites simply don't load. They become empty squares and greatly detract from the user experience. My computer is up to date in every way possible, Win 11 23H2, Opera LVL 5 (core: 104.0.4944.85), latest drivers for everything on my computer.

And Opera refuses to load even icons from pages located on my own computer (127.0.0.1). Is there a simple way to solve it? Otherwise I honestly have no reason to use Opera if it fails so miserably at its main function.

I found out why, it was a webmodding for Discord that a mod had, for some reason it was trying to affect all websites.
