Two installations

I'd like to use two installations of opera at the same time. I installed it twice into two different paths but when I run either of them they both open in the same window. How can use two different windows, settings, bookmarks etc?

Install one via a normal standard install, then install another copy via the 'Stand-alone USB' setting, found under the 'Install to' option via the 'Options' button on the bottom left of the standard Opera installer.
