Animated wallpapers in my mod don't work

I am creating a Mod for Opera GX and I'm having some trouble with the animated wallpapers part. Everything looks fine: coding is done well, video archive is ".webm" and I'm using a ".jpeg" for my first frame. Even though everything is checked, everytime I try to reload my Mod, the animated wallpapers just won't work, everything else is really fine. What should I do?
