Closing when adding bookmarks

When adding a site to a bookmark, the browser closes on its own and displays the following window with the message - The user profile folder could not be opened due to insufficient permissions. Contact the administrator of this computer.
I have several questions. How can I explain to my Opera GX browser that I am the owner and not him? and how to add bookmarks?
