Pinboards got erased

Usually when I run ccleaner I have opera open and it asks to close it and I click no so it doesnt clean it. But yesterday I didnt have opera open and I ran ccleaner, this resulted in all my pinboards and traces of my pinboards to be deleted. I have been trying to find a way to recover them and I downloaded recuva, but I still dont know which files are the ones im looking for since they all have the same name. Whats worse is I didn't have sync on. I tried to go to my browser history to get my pinboards but I accidently cleared it 2 days ago so I from what I know have no way of getting my pinboards back, I had really important stuff on there and probably close to 20 pinboards. I tried to get support from opera but it didn't work. Please help
