Bookmark Folder Colours

I have a disability that makes it difficult at times to distinguish similar colours or shades of the same colour.
It would be very helpful to me and I'm sure others too, if the colour of the folder icon on the bookmarks bar or sidebar could be changed. Or the colour and size of the text .
With all the hysteria over AI at the moment, I am sure some people might suggest we just ask Aria or some other chatpot, but the simplest most established methods are still often the most useful and successful.
Disabilities which affect sight are not uncommon , and any help we can get is very welcome.
