Have Opera found a way to bypass YouTube's anti ad blocking system yet?

I have maxed out all settings involving ad blocking and discovered the 'Other Lists' section that I believe is new, correct me if im wrong?

After turning the Other Lists options on and updating the filter, I am still hit with the anti adblocking system on YouTube and was wondering if I am missing somethings or if this is out of Opera's control?

A suggestion would be to have some kind of indication that my filter is up to date and when I manually update the filter, a acknowledgment of some kind appears because I have no idea if it's actually updating, thanks.
