Password Managers message to Save disappears too fast

After login the password managers message disappears to fast with Windows 8.1.
Reported as Bug DNA-30728
PS: No problem with Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, there the password managers's bar with question for Save password shows duration of 16 seconds!

Can confirm this on Login at Computerbase forum with Opera 27 DEV on Windows 7, the passwordmanagers popup asking to Store password shows up only for ca. 0.8 seconds.
