Weird display issues

I've been using OperaGX for years and it has been amazing. I had to reinstall it not so long ago cause the history wouldn't always be available.

Ever since I've been having some weird display issues, especially on Twitch and Youtube. It also happens on Twitter when I'm viewing a post with multiple photos and I'm juggling between them.

I'm not sure if it's screen tearing, artifacts or whatever, but it only happens on OperaGX. On Firefox I have no issues. Even more strangely, the weird behavior doesn't show up when I wanted to share it with Gyazo.

Drivers are up to date, OperaGX too. Tried fresh install, still happens.
I only uses a handful of extensions: FFZ, Block Origin with the Pixeltris filters, RES, Old Reddit Redirect.
PC is fairly recent < 2 years and the issue doesn't happen in any games so far (Civ 5, UT, Gw2)

Any clues?
