Why is Aria not available in my country?

I'm sudanese and am 24 years ol I have being using opera browser ever since It was opera mini in old Nokia phones for almost 15 or 17 years , I remember it being a good browser with little to no limitations and I even got into programming and software development courses because I like the idea of this app especially, I used to think your company and products are different and you are different not seeking profits over user experience and thought you wouldn't discriminate against users but turns out no you do and obviously for no good reason because as a far as I remember 2 years ago sanctions on my country was lifted and still we can't get access to an AI in opera browser with little to no explanation if there is actually one and you can actually say it and believe it's true and is inline with your values please let me know.
And I would understand if you didn't want to reply to me but please just be honest with yourselves and think how is this discrimination is helping the world over the loyal users you had once and is it actually making a difference?!
