Deleted speed dials reappear

I'm using two desktop versions of Opera and two mobile ones. I for myself appreciate, that I don't have to use the same speed dials on both PCs and that they can be held different for each.
But I've come across a new phenomenon. Any time I delete bookmarks from one laptop, which is my work laptop, they reappear the next time I start my computer and open Opera. I don't even find the deleted ones in the trash.
That's kind of annoying, isn't it? -

a few days ago I spent some time and arranged my bookmarks, again all the deleted ones came back. it is annoying. really annoying
