right click for pop -out video !

I love the popout video feature, but I noticed that on many websites (Netflix mostly), the button doesn't consistently show up when I hover over a video, usually it stops showing when I close the popout window once and I'm looking to reopen it. it's really annoying because I've become addicted to this feature but I hate having to reload the page every time I close it! Is it possible to just be able to right-click on any video and have "pop-out" as one of the options?
