What are the full list of optimization techniques for smoother gameplay during the application usage in the background?

Greetings and salutations my fellow gamers!! I just wanted to know whether there is a full list of optimization techniques that could reduce the movement stuttering and framerate problems in video games during the utilization of the Opera GX Gaming Browser in the background? My gameplay quality gets reduced quite significantly.

I deliberately chose the Profile Options for an optimized experience but it didn't really work. I went into "Manage GX Profiles" and chose the "Potato" option as I don't require that much utility but the browser is now 25 times slower than the standard one. RAM usage is approximately 5 times higher than the standard one as well which is very strange, so if you have any advice or suggestion, it would be more than welcome; please feel free to share your input.
