Exporting Bookmarks in Opera 26

I have tried to export my bookmarks file using the Bookmarks Manager add-on but all I get is an empty file which says Null. Any suggestions as to why I cannot exports my bookmarks or is there another way. I had read in another feed about using the Bookmarks Manager add-on. Thanks.

Hi @poppi5451: for that purpose, try the "Bookmarks Import & Export" extension - please be aware of that:
Alternatively, if you want another solution, which in addition offers also Bookmarks Manager feature and more, you can install the Bookmarks extension - after you install it, on the Settings page select "Bookmarks" from the side menu, and click "Export" on the right

Hi, I did install the Bookmarks extension and did export the file to my downloads but when I click on the file to see what is in there all I see is a folder that says NULL and nothing else is there.
