opera gx scrollbar issue

hello! since a few days since I updated my opera gx, I can't use the scrollbar anymore. Always when I use the mouse to scroll down (my mouse wheel doesn't work), it doesn't work, it freezes, and makes me windowed. I left you a gif below.

i should mention that i looked through the settings, i deactivated everything, but it still does the same. if you have any ideas it would help me a lot. i even reset the factory settings of opera gx

@filipgfx Same here! Its the new theme thing. They added 1px to the right wich prevent scrolling and cause that annoying switch to windowed mode.
Report it as a bug please so they understand this is not how it should work. There are many more people with this problem on diverse threads and many more users wich suffer this and dont even use forums.
