all buttons, checkbox, radiobuttons displaced everywhere

As of today, all standard buttons and checkboxes are too low and too far to the right. Also in opera://settings menues and in the developer console, like the checkboxes to deactivate css-attributes.
Does anyone have any idea what's going on here? Yes I have a few opera and chrome extensions, but none for theming or user styles afaic

Please provide more information such as screenshots, version numbers, et cetera. Please also try to reset the zoom level (Command–0).
There have been some changes to native controls on Mac on the Opera developer stream very recently, so what you are seeing could be a side-effect from that. Not quite sure exactly what you are seeing, though.
As for your extensions, their intended effects may not accurately reflect their actual effects. They can have bugs and unintentional side-effects. Try disabling them when troubleshooting issues.
