How to move download from sidebar to next to easy setup

So i just resetted my pc and when i downloaded opera gx the download bar moved from next to easy setup to sidebar, how do i make it when i download it would pop up and i can click the file to open it from opera gx, and how do i move it from sidebar to the topbar
