opera won't stay installed!

Every time I exit opera it uninstalls. I have to reinstall every time I turn my computer on. I have windows 8.1 and the latest version of opera available on the site.

How do you know it's uninstalling?
Are you just losing its shortcuts, or are its folders actually disappearing?
