I use the Chrome "share link via email" extension. You need this extension to install it into Opera. I use it in both Chrome and Opera.

There are some other extensions that do it too. Search addons.opera.com

You can use the Mailto button extensions. Allows you to get a button in the toolbar or in page’s context-menus. (The toolbar button can be disabled from the extension manager.)
