How can I delete or disable speed dial. I do not like it and don't want to see it

same for Discover. how do I hide them or just delete them.

So far not happy with this new version. Not happy at all.

I am older and I guess I don't like that much change. I like the old way better, or at least some resemblece of the old way. How can I configure it to look and act like the old versions. It reminds me of Windows 8 and I will not use windows 8 I will buy a mac before I use it. So how can I make this less like Windows 8

You can use old speed dial, just check right corner at bottom.
