Organizing bookmarks, My folders or bookmark bar?

Now that sync is back with 26 how do you organize the bookmarks? Folders in bookmarks bar or under my folders?

Bookmarks bar still seems like the best option when it comes to using bookmarksextensions, but will not show up on android phones.
