Tab Island automatically moves before pinned tabs

This problem, said in the following threads, was bothering me sometimes and I was checking if it was fixed, looks like it was but...

Steps to reproduce are show in the GIF.

Expected behaviors are fixed tabs always being on far left position and cannot move tabs after new tab button +.

Opera version: 102.0.4880.56.
