Swipe Back Goes To Top Of Page

When I click on a story link on foxnews.com, then read the story and swipe back to go to the main page, the main page always goes back to the top.
If I do the same thing on cnn.com I go back to where I left off on the main page which is what I would expect.
How do I stop this behavior of always going to the top of the main page on foxnews.com when swiping back to it from a story I finished reading?
