browser sounds error

i've looked at the requirements to post for help page tried all that to no avail. i stream and my opera sound just stopped working one day. i use voicemeeter banana to help route things but truly, i am not very experienced with these things. i got another audio router today that helped me more and when i tried to route the audio from opera gx browser i got an error, error 0x00000241: and i will add a picture of it with the post.

so then after fiddling with it for... ever, i try chrome and the same error occurs. now i realize now that it is probably not just an opera issue but as i said, im basically a noob when it comes to a lot of computer stuff. all the other applications can be routed and are working. if i left any information out please let me know and ill get right back to you))
