Opera GX Browser Sounds not working 2023

I'm trying to use mod sounds for Opera GX but there is simply no sound.

I just formatted my PC and installed Opera again, before it was working perfectly but now it's not working anymore.

All my volumes are at maximum, nothing is disabled, I've tried everything but nothing works.
