Opera doesn't show icons on webpages

Issue

While I was surfing the web, I saw a github page without all the icons; I've got suspicious and i searched emojis on google and all the results were full of empty charachers.
On my machine, icons and emoji works.

nvm I found the solution

I needed the noto-font-emoji package.
