OperaGX Speed Dial Sounds

I'm very new to GX, and I was customizing some things like wallpapers and mods but one I opened a new tab the speed dial started making siren noises then proceeded to repeat an almost washing mashine like noise and I don't know how to stop it. Browser noises are disabled and so is browser music. The noise stops when I go into something that isn't the speed dial.
